The phrases, "above and beyond" and, "over the top" don't do Irene and her quality of work enough justice. I met Irene when she bought a vehicle from me over a year ago. I indicated that my partner and I would eventually be in the market for our first home together. From that moment, she became our guide for everything home related. As time went on, Irene consistently followed up with recommendations, advice, and just to check in to see how we were doing. When our search began to heat up, Irene was able to work around our busy schedule to show us every single home we wanted to see. She was always a text away. We looked at about 12 houses throughout our buying process and made several offers. Every time I wanted to see a home, Irene responded instantly, regardless of the time or day. I knew my partner and I were in the right hands and with someone who genuinely cares about her clients. When we viewed each of those potential homes, Irene arrived early, provided us with valuable documentation on each home, and remained unbiased and insightful. We were never pushed on anything - she let us do our thing and answered any and all questions we had. We were never pressured into anything, and there was never any bias in her comments or recommendations. The market was, and still is, intense. We scheduled appointments at the very last possible second in a few instances, and she never hesitated to accommodate. When we made offers, she sent over the necessary documentation the same day and offered genuine, constructive advice for us. On the homes we weren't able to obtain, or missed out on, she offered reassurance and solid advice. Missing out on a home hurts, but Irene had our backs. Eventually, we found the right place and had an offer accepted. From there, her help continued. Because my partner and I were first-time homebuyers, we had a barrage of questions and concerns, all of which were addressed professionally and without any adversity. We never felt alone. Overall, Irene has been an absolute joy to work with. She is a genuine individual with strong knowledge that she is always willing to share. We are so thankful to have found someone like her - she treats her people like family. My parents will be moving to the area relatively soon, and they have been made fully aware that Irene is the only person they should be working with. Thank you for sticking with us for every step over this long process.

Irene was the best realtor I could have asked for. My partner and I are first time homebuyers and she made the process of buying our first house so easy. She was always there to answer any questions about a house or different parts of buying a house and advocated for us every step along the way. I would highly recommend Irene.

Irene is like super woman. She showed my family many houses, some were too small or too much but Irene never got discouraged with us for not wanting the house. Many days she would be out driving in search of a house for us. She was very patient with us. But we did find a house that would fit my family and everyone seems pretty excited to move to the new house and decorate their rooms. The house was below our budget and had the yard space and room space. I have recommended Irene already to two people and will continue to refer her services to everyone I know. I plan on utilizing Irene on my next home purchase in a couple years. She is such an amazing person and realtor. She definitely gets 5 stars from everyone in my family.
